Chief Hanson in Agony

Chief of police in Grubtown, Grubby Hanson was in agony yesterday after attempting to solve a case involving a falling cow called Bessie. Bessie was believed to have belonged to farmer Billy. Billy entered the 2-story-high building to complete some paper work, but unknowingly Bessie had following him step by step. He went to open the window for some fresh air and as soon as he knew it Bessie fell out of the window, just as he opened it. Thankfully Bessie the courageous cow didn't get hurt and neither did farmer Billy... from the inside !!!
